 Our company is based in the South suburbs of Chicago, Illinois .
2.Do you have any physical stores?
For now, we're online based. Occasionally, we do pop up shows in various locations throughout Chicago. We look forward to one day, taking our Brand on the road!
3. How can I check the status of my order? All orders come with tracking numbers for best locating. If you're having an issue, Email us at Theeclectic1brand@gmail.com or call one of our customer care representatives live Monday- Friday between the hours of 9am-3pm CST

5. Where are your items produced?
Our vendors are located worldwide, so items are manufactured in different parts of the world.
6. How can I make a return?
Refer to our Returns Policy page for all instructions.
7. Can I receive a catalog/magazine with your designs?
Our Catalog is always changing! So at this time we don't offer that option! But fell free to search our wide range of products on the site.
8. How can I be added to the mailing list to receive newsletters/updates?

9. May I exchange or return an item I purchased at a Pop Up Show?
Items purchased at Pop Up Shows are eligible for exchange or return by the final day of the show. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags attached. Once show has ended, items will no longer be accepted for exchange or return.
10.Can I apply multiple discount codes on the same order?
No, multiple codes Will Not be accepted on one order! 
11. I would like to order an item but I do not know which size to choose?
All clothing accessories and hats are One size fits for now.
